By accessing or using SentinelCloud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
SentinelCloud provides a cloud-based security device monitoring platform that allows businesses to monitor cameras, access controllers, network devices, and other security equipment in real time. The Service includes a web portal, mobile application, monitoring agent software, vendor marketplace, and support chat.
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. SentinelCloud reserves the right to approve or deny account registrations at its discretion. New accounts are activated within 24 hours of registration.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
SentinelCloud offers monthly subscription plans (Starter $49/mo, Pro $79/mo, Enterprise $129/mo). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period unless specified in our Refund Policy. Any SentinelCloud monitoring device on your account is deactivated at the end of the billing period and will stop functioning with the Service (see Section 7).
The SentinelCloud monitoring agent is software you install on your network. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to monitor all devices on the network where you deploy the agent. SentinelCloud is not responsible for unauthorized monitoring conducted by users.
The agent software and any SentinelCloud hardware device (including the Raspberry Pi monitoring appliance) are licensed to you for use only in connection with an active SentinelCloud subscription — they are not sold as standalone products. All software, firmware, configuration, and embedded credentials remain the exclusive property and intellectual property of SentinelCloud.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, resell, redistribute, or repurpose the agent software, any hardware firmware or configuration, or any keys, tokens, or credentials contained on a device. Attempting to extract data or credentials from a device, or to use a device to access data other than your own, is a material breach of these Terms and may be unlawful.
Deactivation on cancellation. Upon cancellation, suspension, expiry, or termination of your subscription, the device's authorization to connect to the SentinelCloud platform is revoked and the device will stop monitoring. Any physical hardware you purchased remains your property, but it will no longer function with the Service and retains no access to SentinelCloud systems or data.
SentinelCloud connects clients with third-party security technicians ("Vendors"). SentinelCloud is not a party to any agreements between clients and vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of vendor services.
SentinelCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. See our SLA Policy for details on uptime commitments.
SentinelCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
