Your data is stored securely in our cloud database (Supabase) with industry-standard encryption. Device monitoring data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Network Monitoring Data

Our agent software scans your local network to discover and monitor security devices. This data includes IP addresses, MAC addresses, device names, and online/offline status. This data is stored securely and used only to provide monitoring services. We do not access the content of your devices or cameras.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services:

• Supabase — Secure database and authentication
• Netlify — Website hosting and serverless functions
• Resend — Email delivery for alerts and notifications
• Stripe — Payment processing (we never store card details)

7. Cookies

We use minimal session cookies necessary for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Device monitoring data is retained for 90 days for historical reporting. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
